Freebie

The thaw has started.
Had booked a seat at Ilkley Cinema earlier in the week thinking the snow would have gone by now.
Used my reward points and got a free seat.
Decided to still go and timed the bus just right, the app is so good for doing this.
Was pleased to see local volunteers from the village had gritted the paths so thankful to them.
Took my photograph looking toward the moors through rather dirty windows and the visibility was poor, the field at the forefront is flooded and has turned to thick ice.

Went to see In Time we Live , hadn’t really read up on it and if l had l wouldn’t probably have gone given the subject matter. I certainly had a few tears in my eyes at times but Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh gave good performances and stopped it from being sentimental.
Bus ready and waiting when l walked back to the bus station, home now, nice and cosy.
Certainly glad l went out.
