Walked down to Asda this afternoon for some ingredients for my tea. Decided I wanted something different, sick of eating the same things. So did some googling and found a chicken and chorizo jambalaya that looked easy and all in one pot! 
The water was so calm and there was a mistiness/fog thing going on. 
My tea is now cooking on the hob, hope its good.
