The Ranch

A winter scene from one of my regular walking routes. The view from our condo overlooks the ranch property, but I have no idea what they are "farming" here. The land is covered in sagebrush, no crops, and I never see any animals there.
I often think about taking my real camera with me on walks, but that's about all I do - think about it. At -6C (21F) the conditions are not conducive to working with a hefty camera and lens that won't fit into a jacket pocket!
