Bread!

A lie in this morning followed by a little bit of telly catch-up. I started making wholemeal bread following a Paul Hollywood recipe, then went up to see B, N and James while the dough was rising. We're going to have James for the day on the 25th so that B and N can have an adult meal out in town. 
Came back just in time to knock back and shape the dough before a further hour of proving.
Just waiting for it to be cool enough to cut!
