What a great bunch of guys and girls!

After a cheeky wee fish supper this afternoon, while on the way home, I felt that there was something wrong with my mouth. After getting into the house, I discovered that my mouth was bleeding quite badly. When it didn’t stop, MaggieD phoned NHS 24 who advised that I pop over to our local hospital so they could check it out. I think I must have cut the lining of my mouth on a crunchy chip and the blood thinners stopped it from healing up. However, after a thankfully brief wait, I was provided with a piece of gauze with some adrenaline on it and told to hold that in place for half an hour. It worked a treat!
Back home now, excitement over but no toast or crunchy biscuits for me for a couple of days.
