Sunday 12th January 2025...

4 early starts in a row caught up with me early last night...
Sunday once a month Moreton Bay Road Runners Club do a Time Trial starting at 5:45am - either 10km or 5 km and they are sent off in 4 waves... There is a BBQ breakfast afterwards... Ruben ran in the 10km and David jogged in the 5km... I wondered about and chatted with Martin and Cameron who were cooking the BBQ and helped set the fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal etc out...  A good morning was had by all...
