A bit nippy!

This was the temperature on the way to work.
Seemingly the river was 2C and air temp -6C when our group were swimming on this glorious morning. I was in a warm classroom at the time.
Went out for a walk at lunch time again. Picked up a book for school that I had ordered. It’s so lovely outside!
The kids had had it by this afternoon but I have to say that everyone(in school) has really valued the more relaxed, later starts this week. Too bad it can’t continue!

My tumble dryer was finally delivered today. Yay! Much later than it should have, and Cathie was NOT happy so I took her out to Linton for a meal.
She bumped into an old ‘school’ friend and they chatted while I played with her grandkids! :)
All happy now! :)
