Fiber optic

Shoddy shoddy shoddy...but that is what you get when you take shots from the comfort of your car! But I have wanted to get these fiber optic guys for a week now. They have dug up most of our streets and this is the second time they have done this. I understand there are two companies laying fiber optic cables but rather than coordinating their efforts, they have decided to dig up the streets twice. But let me avoid being too skeptical and appreciate the high(er?) speed data when this is all done.

This also shows how cold it gets... I have to laugh because this is the season in which you spot many a blanket stolen from the airplanes making their way into the streets of Nairobi - a very stylish wrap I must say.
