Beach afternoon

Lots of beach time- first with a sauna and swimming, second with Emma, Sam and Tracy trying putting the world to rights. Didn't get everything right but we did manage to laugh a bit. The beach was so still and beautiful.

Kill or cure, one of these events brought the threatening cold well and truly out. I have four business days to get rid of it.
