There has been a slight thaw today. The snow in the Community garden remains untouched as it has been too icy to open the gates for the last week.
The snow which was covering the compacted ice on the pavements has also thawed a little but that has made them even more treacherous. You can see the ice shining in the late afternoon sun in the extra.
