Strange taste!

Today, we heard the sad news that the pet dog of a couple who used to stay in the village, has died.
She was 13 and had bad arthritis. Lily was a smashing Labrador and we looked after her a few times and I blipped her in the past.
But here’s our Joe. He is fourteen and a half and he’s lovely, if slowing down a little.
However, he has rather a liking for the compost we use for growing our plants in. Today, he was trying to eat some of the compost I was using to transplant my onion seedlings into.
I’ve never tried eating it myself so perhaps he is on to a good thing!
