i very rarely see sunrise colours as i face west….but this morning it was beautiful….i took it through the window….and am quite intrigued about the  circle left in the grass…..it must be some sort of reflection but wrecking my brain didn’t help……:) it’s quite nice though….a bit like a mirage….?

the heating was back on when i came back from Elv last night.

the first night on my Aeyla pillow was a really good experience for  it’s quite firm but very comfy and  my head rests very relaxed on it

i had a gp appointment late afternoon, result,
yes bp is high, take it 3 tomes a day for a week, send it to the surgery,, then increased bp meds….uti was discovered , which is sent to the lab, antibiotics when result is in….
