... when I phoned them at 11am I was told no one would be as they didn't have the parts and I would be informed when I could rebook! As you can imagine I was furious. The woman said she would put in an official complaint for me. I told her this would be the 2nd one but she said there was no record of the previous one nor did she know anything about the £20 I was offered.
I still wanted an engineer to come as another fault appeared over the weekend where the water wouldn't stop coming in and flooded the kitchen floor. She said that would need to be booked separately. After some negotiation she agreed it could be done today. The engineer eventually arrived at 3pm and by 4.30 we think the issue with inlet water and the door leak had been solved. Air bubble in the pressure valve preventing the water switching off and the door seal not attached properly (rotated 90°). Time will tell ...
