Dogwood, Midwinter Fire

The promised “thaw” appeared overnight. No frost and 5c in the afternoon. We saw some sun too. However, coming back from our walk late afternoon the air had a definite nip in it.

Susan was out with her ex school colleagues this morning which gave me full rein to enjoy myself (not) on jobs that needed to be done. A successful morning it was too.
