Frozen

Nurse appointment and then off to the gym. No frost and quite a bit warmer.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a calendar and it should have been delivered last Wednesday, it didn’t arrive and today I contacted the printers who apologised and said they would send another, at their cost. Now that is what I call good service.
Very nice walk with Hetty, down to the canal. It was frozen in sections and lots of waterfowl walking on the ice.
Good service at pharmacy as nurse changed my medication this morning and said to pick up today, didn’t think it would be ready but the pharmacist looked at the system and got it ready while I waited.
