Some people like change, but I'm a bit of a stick-in-the-mud really. And when I say this about myself, I'm talking about the mechanical necessities of life, for example computers, phones, cars....especially cars.

I get used to using the same mechanical thingamabob, then I never want to change it. Because change means I have to learn something new, mechanically, that is.

However, the time has come, it is time to learn something new. Did you know these latest fandangled cars can actually be opened, when locked, without even touching the keys? And you can actually start the car by simply pushing a button?

This is what I am about to learn. I've been thrown in at the deep end. If I don't learn how to operate this silver whiz of a car, I won't be going anywhere!

But it is so pretty! It's silver, has a sunroof, a gadget to tell me which streets I need to travel along so I don't get lost, and it smells very nice too!

I think even this stick-in-the-mud might manage to get used to this new baby. :))
