MonoMonday "Old"

This rather fascinating book was given to us many years ago by a friend when he was sorting out his mother's house after she had to go into care.

As you can see it was signed and dated by the author, and on another page is written in lovely handwriting, "With all good wishes for the future, Jim". I decided on a sepia effect.

It was published in London by Chapman & Hall Ld and printed by Richard & Sons Limited, London & Bungay. (I confess we had to look up Bungay!)

It's quite long and written in quite small type so I don't think I'll be reading it avidly any time soon ;-))
