Thank you to everyone for the wonderful positive response to my 8 year blip yesterday.  This is such a great community of people.  I was going to go out this afternoon and look for the short eared owls again, but the fog really hasn't lifted all day and it is quite cold.  I know the fog makes getting a clear bird shot difficult, so I'm staying inside.  This was a capture from my office window, hiding behind the camouflage cloth, with the window open.
