Vale of Clwyd

MONDAY

I went out for a walk late afternoon and took this photo from near the top of Y Graig - a local nature reserve. The spot where I took the photo is 500 metres from home horizontally and 90 metres vertically. 

The sun was trying to make an appearance from behind the clouds.

I continued walking up into the Clwydian Range of hills to meet the Offa's Dyke trail and then headed back down to the village as dusk was falling.

Most of the snow has disappeared with just isolated pockets remaining in sheltered spots and on the  high moors and distant mountains.
