Diamond Art Project

This is the Diamond Art project that Kent gave me for Christmas.

It will be a while before I break this open and begin working on it as I still have all my nativities to put away! Having the flu, I’ll be taking my time getting that done!

Today I just finally finished getting my suitcase totally emptied and everything put away. My suitcase is now put away ready for the next time it’s needed.

I had my post MS Balance Training assessment today and the numbers show that the 12 weeks of training improved my memory, my walking speed, and the number of squats I could do

That is very encouraging as the exercises are not “taxing” and actually quite enjoyable to do. Considering today is not exactly a good day for me, makes you wonder just how much better the numbers really are!
