aka verbascum speciosum

This grand and rather showy mullein is growing on the hill behind the Village. Wikipedia says that it has several medicinal uses plus you can make a tea with it.

My blip yesterday - as many of you did, I saw a duckling too!

We managed to get together for yoga again this morning. I certainly needed it as I’d got stiff while I wasn’t well.
I might be a bit stiff tomorrow. Hazel is home for school holidays and joined us too! She’ll be 9yo soon.
