It was quite foggy this morning when I went to Port Carlisle for a walk.  Had a lovely chat with a local dog walker I know, so good to catch up with her.  Later on I spotted some Barnacle Geese on the marsh in the distance and just as I started to take some photos of them they flew up and lucky for me they flew in my direction.  I'm so glad I took my zoom camera with me.  The fog was starting to lift and the sun was trying very hard to make an appearance but sadly didn't succeed so its been a rather gloomy day today.  Had a lovely chat with my Aussie sister this afternoon, she wanted to hear all about my trip to Clacton.
