After the snow comes the clear-up

Half melted ice that you can still slip on.

Soggy dead vegetation gathered in piles where the water from the snow melt has left it.

Wheelie bins waiting - the bin day lost because of the white-out.

I thought I’d gather images as I walked through the village at lunchtime and maybe I turn it into a mini project.  I’m not sure about that this morning.  I’ve found it helpful to walk after taking the medication as it helps deal with the uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.  And I’m enjoying walking. I followed the village walk with Hand Lane, where water was pouring off the hillside, and met Ping you in 5 mins coming the other way.  In fact I did The Hand Walk route again after my 4 o’clock meds. L rang while I was walking and reception wasn’t good so I headed home to continue our catch-up.
