Busy-ish

I did not get out of bed.
I really need 8-10 hrs of sleep these days.

I had the first Momentum call of the year at 12 pm and then prepped for my MAT session with H at 3 pm.
I was done by 6 pm ....

Was not out - hence a shot from my MAT bible.
