Had a walk in Bourne Hall Park this morning, before having my shingles jab. Some interesting places on the London Loop but too far for me to walk though.
My arm felt a little painful throughout the day and this evening I seem to ache a lot more. Hopefully nothing a couple of paracetamol can't sort out.
