Louga's request

It was a frosty 2 degrees and mostly foggy when I headed out this morning. The sun did come out on my way home, such a treat!  I walked down to the village and spotted this on the community bulletin board. Not sure if Louga found a way to get to Mexico. His request is dated 30 Oct 24.  I blurred his email address.
