Tonight’s meal

Had my gym induction, managed all the equipment pretty well considering the lack of strength in my left arm, back again tomorrow.

Met my friend JC at Bradley Fold Garden Centre, a new one to me. Nice cafe, homemade food, had tuna jacket & salad so as not to undo my “new start”

We had a lot of catching up to do, so lots of “clacking” lol later we found time to have a wander, bought birthday card & gift, then found a nice little fern for my bathroom, together with a grey square pot.

Drive back home late afternoon was a bit tedious, thick fog had descended, a real pea souper!

I should have probably blipped my new plant but instead you’ve got my evening meal, home made beef & broccoli in oyster sauce with noodles….. was very tasty :-)
