Phew what a warm day today…

By lunchtime I really regretted having my coat on but no doubt tomorrow will be cold and wet as a compensation.

I’ve been fascinated by the ads on the telly for M&S’s brain food brain ball and seeing how it was made and the filling etc on the documentary this week piqued my interest even more. I’d looked a couple of times and thought it wasn’t in our M&S franchise town shop but this morning found it near the checkout so bought a couple to try. And it is amazing! I’m not sure it will have much effect on my brain but I know for certain it won’t be good for my blood sugars. Delicious things rarely are!
