Went to the dentist this afternoon and was in the dreaded chair for no more than 60 seconds - then told all is well and given another appointment for 12 months. I think that's good news - but am not quite sure.

It meant I got home before 6, had time for a blast on the bike, a toiseshell blip and there's still time left over to get outside in the garden.
