A Fun Jigsaw

Another grey, misty day today. My luck on the Australian Open tennis ran out today, the matches I chose to watch were fairly straight forward, which gave me time to finish the latest jigsaw whilst following the matches. I was rather distracted as the bungalow behind me was having cavity wall insulation installed and the generator was in a large lorry parked on the private road behind my fence, just a few metres away. The job needed doing, no problem with that, but I admit that 3.5 hours of a generator running with a loud but low frequency noise was rather wearing! I walked in to town this afternoon for a few things and to drop some items off at the charity shop. There was a man in town who was either drunk or had mental health problems who was shouting and ranting, using obnoxious racist language - very unpleasant. Back home I tried to organise two trips back to MK this year without much success apart from booking my B&B. Organising my family to meet up is far more challenging than herding cats!!!
