Fresh air and sunshine!

I taught my Greek student then headed out! I needed a day outside in sunshine and fresh air to reset me!
Did my usual walk from Green Park to Kensington Palace with some stops along the way. But I couldn’t stop too long as the cold seeped in! A late lunch then a walk around Covent Garden, I never knew it that well and now it’s unrecognisable! Still nice. I eventually made it home. Feeling refreshed. My trainer says I’ll have to work doubly hard next Saturday!
