Cramond Island

A trip to Edinburgh with the Gang of Four and a ramble around Silverknowes Beach to Cramond. We arrived too late to make the crossing, a good alternative was coffee and Cullen skink at the Cramond Bistro overlooking the causeway.
Back in Edinburgh we made a quick dash to the RSA for the Turner in January exhibition. The queue was way too long so we visited the annual watercolours exhibition instead making it back to Waverley in time for the last off peak train to Glasgow.
