day 13

This is the next iteration of this painting - it's far from done, but after about 1 1/2 hours in the studio my back was tired so i only spent a short time on this one.  Also added a couple of layers to another one today.

Down to Baddeck for a massage with Rae, who took things very gently with my back.....now off for a bit of heat and a lay down :)
