Hoping this will help

I've hurt my shoulder and the pain goes to my elbow and hand. Very annoying. Comes and goes a bit.

Office, a good day all in all. Team meeting, all 20 of them in, always great to have them all together. 

Lego club after school for the eldest, the youngest managed to sneak his way in as well (his teacher now understands him and has turned out to be a real star, she arranged for him to go). Karate this evening.
