leek in fancy dress

Some of last year's leeks didn't do much so I left them and now they're flowering, this one looks as if it has a fancy hat on!
Wet overnight and on & off during the day so no gardening. Went into town for the first time for ages to do things like get car tax, tent repair stuff, jam pot covers, that had to be done.
