Ferment and food focused blip today. Aside from a short walk around the block at lunchtime it was an indoors, WFH day. It was also the first, second fast day in a week if had attempted since before Christmas, motivated by Sally to support each other back into more consistency. I ate an experimental air fried arancini and a couple of liquorice torpedos that I shouldn't have but otherwise stuck to the plan.
The sauerkraut was on sale in Grapetree yesterday and I couldn't resist the red. I've not tried it before or yet.
