Hello London

Again up near Ally Pally so stopped around the front to get a photo looking out over London in the mist.   The sun breaking through was an added bonus.
I went off to see the physiotherapist in the afternoon as my leg and hip were getting quite painful after the fall last week.  Ultrasound, acupuncture and ££££s later l do feel a tad better, one more session should see me right as can be again.
