I usually wake Kaye around 7:30 am, any earlier she will fall asleep during breakfast.
We sleep in separate beds and I have a sensor mat beside hers which will alert me if she tries to get up. The alarm hasn't gone of in 2 years but I leave the mat there just in case. There is also a night light so she can see me if she wakes up during the night.
