no other land

Looking across the river on the way home from a screening of No Other Land. Made by an Israeli journalist and a Palestinian film maker, it's true footage about the demolition of a group of villages. Not exactly a laugh a minute but beautifully done and with a real sense of the people involved. 
I spent an awful lot of the rest of the day watching the Australian Open on TV, so a day devoted almost entirely to screens of various kinds.
Re-started couch to 5k on the running  machine earlier this week, but weather good enough for outdoor running today, so very brief but joyous outdoor run before settling down to the  screens.
