Tasty

This morning I made an Orange & Almond Polenta Cake ready for my birthday tomorrow, hope it tastes as nice as it smells. :) 
While I was making the Cake & washing up I noticed 2 Squirrels in the garden & this one up in the Acacia Tree eating a cooked Chestnut that I'd thrown out; she seems to be enjoying it.
I took a video & that's when I saw what she was eating.
Once the Cake was cooked I visited Joan & told her about my cake, she said she'd never heard of Polenta & also never tried Sweetcorn; I'm going to have to buy her a small tin, I'm sure she'd love it, or get her those frozen Microwave bags you can get with Sweetcorn in it.
Anyway I then walked to ESK & ST. Wilfred's Charity Shop, I stopped for a chat with Kas in ESK, then bought a few bits in the Charity Shop before coming home for lunch.
Almost time for Dinner, so must make that.... 
...... Sweet & Sour Quorn with Rice. YUM!
