Overgrown

Arrgh - the grass in the back garden is in dire need of a cut! Well, that's if you can call it grass - the amount of weeds growing through the lawn makes me wonder if the grass is in the minority. The lawn has been neglected as a result of refitting the kitchen, and now it seems to be raining every time I have the time to cut it. There's also a hedge in the front garden that's threatening to swallow up the car parked in the drive, aided by the weeds growing up through the stone chips in the drive. Hopefully it'll stay dry at least one night this week so as I can get on top of things, but, being Scotland, I'm not holding my breath.
