A Marmalade sort of day

I heard there were Seville Oranges in the market today, so popped in after coffee and bought 3.6 kilos!!
Then drove to Sainsbury's to get the preserving sugar, came home and went into the cellar to find my empty jam jars. I didn't have quite enough but I knew my neighbour would have some.
I spent a very happy afternoon making 24 pots of marmalade. I know it's a bit excessive, but I make more than we need as it makes a lovely gift to give to friends if we go out to lunch or supper. Everyone loves home made marmalade!! I just need to put the fabric covers on now.
