King Alfred's cakes

Busy, slightly stressful (again) work day.  I did manage to clear a few things from my to do list though, which made me feel better going into the weekend.  I broke off briefly in the afternoon for a walk in the Cairn, which helped too :)  It was a much gloomier day than had been forecast, but that made me look at the smaller details for photos - lots of moss and lichen, and these funky fungi.
