Moving more, eating less

It's going well. 

Mum is over just now and eldest has graced us with his presence this evening. It's lovely to see him...and mum. Mum tried to explain what was going on with the Traitors this evening. Not sure I'm really getting it and not sure I'll watch it again! 

Blip is a wee abandoned toy train I saw on my walk today.
