Progress. What progress?

Returned to Aberaeron for the weekend. One of the first things we do is to check on the progress with the new sea defences. It's now a year and progress is slow but steady and the new breakwater across the harbour entrance is almost complete. My blip shows them still moving rocks around, taking them from the store on the other side of the harbour and placing them where needed: all carefully orchestrated.
