I took Adam back to the airport today for his trip back to Tokyo - sad to see him go but hopefully it won't be too long before I see him again. And Skype is an absolute life-saver if you've got family living abroad.

Then back to work this afternoon. I had been keeping an eye on my emails while I've been away as there is so much change happening at the moment, so it was interesting to go back and see it all in person.

New member of staff starting tomorrow - I'm looking forward to it, although goodness knows what kind of a manager I'll turn out to be.
