My mom, who is 80 asked me to help her food shop today and I was able to drive out to help her due to being done early with work. She has become quite frail and it makes me very sad. How in the hell is my mom already 80? It makes me think about my own aging and I feel quite low. She also handed me a copy of her will and I had to wait until the drive home to cry. 

Temperature: 39°F/Cloudy. Wind gusts 25 to 35 mph. 

Gratitude today: both of my parents are alive, my cats love me, food in the refrigerator.
