sunbather

A relatively easy osteopath appointment this morning (new hamstring stretches to do) and then back home to work. Stopped for lunch and was taken with this cricket that was initially climbing up the window then decided to sit and sunbathe, think he was as intent on staring at me as I was of getting up close to take this shot.. still learning with the new camera, not sure I've got the focusing quite right yet.. did manage to get another bee shot though! back to the office tomorrow but at least it's Friday!
