Spring Lake Swimming Pool

Now a sorry sight this pool was the scene in 1952 of the Olympic Games swimming and diving events. It is saddening to see it now in such a sorry state of disrepair. I believe there have been several plans put forward to refurbish the site but so far no action. On the outskirts of Hameenlinna, this is one of my favourite places comprising of dense woodland and a wonderful lake.
