The Red Squirrel.

I apologise for the poor quality of today’s image. It was the only camera I had.

This particular event is well worth recording. A visit from a red squirrel just visible in the thumbnail. There is an abundance of squirrel delights in our garden and I occasionally glimpse a red squirrel. There are a fair number in our garden.

They are very shy creatures, unlike the grey squirrels I encounter at the Royal Botanic Gardens.  They are quiet brave enough to approach you head on looking for squirrel delights.
